We handle every kind of residential lighting install: new-construction rough-ins for recessed cans on a spacing plan, retrofits into existing ceilings (drywall patching coordinated), pendant and chandelier hangs with proper support boxes, under-cabinet and toe-kick LED strips, dimmer conversions, three-way and four-way switching, motion-activated closet lighting, and smart switches like Lutron Caseta or Leviton Decora Smart.

Yes — that's most of what we do. We use remodel-rated cans that mount to drywall from below and pull wire through the attic or joist bays with minimal cutting. Drywall touch-up is coordinated as needed.
Almost always a dimmer/LED compatibility mismatch — the dimmer expects an incandescent load. We swap in a proper LED-rated dimmer (Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora, etc.) matched to your bulb's driver and the flicker stops.
Yes — low-voltage landscape lighting on transformers, plus line-voltage soffit and security lighting. We handle path lights, uplights on trees, wash lighting on facades, and step lights, all on photocell or timer control.
Yes — we install and configure Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora Smart, Kasa, and other Wi-Fi/ZigBee smart switches, including neutral-required setups in older homes.
Simple fixture swaps and dimmers usually don't require a permit. Adding new circuits, adding recessed lighting in bulk, or lighting for new construction/remodels does — we pull the permit when it's required.
